Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of the package(s).  Due to our high volume of shipping, we are able to pass on our discounted shipping rates to our customers. Orders placed online cannot bill shipping to UPS account numbers.

Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on which shipping option is selected at checkout. Typical ground shipping is between 2-7 business days depending on the regions involved. (Our facilities are located on the East Coast.) 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air options do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays in their estimated delivery times. 


Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Order Fulfillment

Your order will be fulfilled between 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM Eastern from Monday to Friday. However, orders received after 12 noon may NOT ship until the following business day, due to packaging and carrier pick-up times. Additionally, orders placed outside of business hours, including holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (observed), and Christmas Day (observed) will be fulfilled the next business day. 95% of our orders ship the same day!

Multiple Orders

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

P.O. Boxes

UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please give a street address when checking out.


You will receive a tracking number for your order once it ships.

Out of stock Items

In the rare instance that we don’t have the requested quantity available for shipping, you will be contacted to either cancel/refund your order or possibly make different arrangements for an appropriate substitute product(s).



Please call or email us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging without damage or wear. We will inspect the product(s) when we receive the return and determine if the customer will receive a refund based on the condition of the item(s). The customer shall bear all responsibility for shipping charges and risk of loss or damage during transit to return the item(s).

Defective Items

If an item is perceived to be defective, the customer may pay to return the product, then the item will be assessed. If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will refund the shipping charges at ground shipping rates.

Non Returnable Items

Some products, as noted at the time of purchase, are not returnable due to being clearance items, customized (ie. cut to length), and/or electronic.
