Don't see what you want in our standard products? Tell us your dream,
and we'll build a special
purpose or custom trailer for you. If your industry or fleet trailer
needs require a uniquely designed trailer we can leverage our expertise
to design and construct a trailer that will satisfy your needs and hold
up over time. Here are some examples of custom trailers we've built:

This chassis is spec built for a customer that produces portable shot blasting systems. Our customer adds the large grit hopper and “bag house” filter system on the main frame rails, and the platform on the front holds the diesel compressor and fuel tank. |
 |
This project required us to create a surveillance camera lift that mounts in the back of a standard pickup truck. Our customer mounted special cameras on the top platform of the lift that allowed them to pan and tilt the camera from the cab of the truck. The design will lift 300 pounds of gear up 17 feet. Installation was simple-we used the same bolts that attach the bed to the truck chassis, eliminating any drilling or cutting. The lift is 100% self contained with a battery powered hydraulic system. |
 |
The U.S. Army needed “all purpose” 40 ton trailers for use at their storage/distribution centers. We created these 53 foot drop deck trailers that included ISO (Connex) container locks for 20 and 40’ boxes, ratchet strap rails, and even equipment loading ramps. The trailer deck was 100% heavy diamond plate. These trailers were extremely ruggedized, and will last a long time. |
 |
This trailer becomes a battery powered LED traffic signal for use following a disaster, during a special event or even just during road construction. We created the trailer and the mast assembly that raises electrically. When collapsed, the dimensions allowed the units to be loaded in an enclosed box trailer, or side by side on a flatbed trailer-all with the idea of quickly mobilizing up to 24 units on one truck. The design allows the unit to be positioned in a 4 way intersection with each street having their own indicators. |

This "pole trailer" was custom
designed for the lumber/tree trimming industry. The hydraulic crane
arm is equipped with a hydraulic grapple and is powered by an onboard
gasoline engine. Hydraulic outriggers stabilize the unit while using
the crane. It was designed to pull behind a pickup truck. |

This fleet of diesel generators trailers
was built for a large international energy company. The fleet ranged
from 25kw to 200kw. Each trailer included a double wall fuel tank
that included a sump for liquid containment of antifreeze or engine
oil. In addition to building the trailers, we mounted and tested the
generators using resistive load banks. The finished units were shipped
direct from our plant to the end user saving additional freight costs. |

This concrete saw trailer was designed
with a national manufacturer of pavement saws. The trailer deck is
built between two vertical water tanks. The trailer holds 500 gallons
of water allowing the diamond blade cooling water to be dispensed
directly from the trailer on sites where water is not available. |

This military cargo trailer is made
entirely of aluminum. It is equipped with hydraulic surge brakes and
special 24v LED "blackout" lighting. The wiring system is
NATO compatible allowing it to be used all over the world by different
countries. |
